On January 21, Consul General Fang Xinwen visited CITIC Resources Australia for safety inspection and met with Chinese Staffs. He was accompanied by Bian Changzheng, the Commercial Counsellor, Li Guo, the Vice Consul, and relevant personnel from the Secretariat of the Melbourne Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce in Australia (CCCA).

Consul General Fang highly praised the positive achievements made by CITIC Resources and CCCA Melbourne Branch in recent years, extended New Year greetings and blessings to all Chinese institutions and employees in the Consular District. Consul General Fang emphasized that Chinese enterprises in Australia should further strengthen production safety, focus on compliant operations, protect employees' rights, fulfill social responsibilities, and make greater contributions to China-Australia economic and trade cooperation.
