On December 20, Consul General Xinwen Fang was invited to attend the inaugural flight ceremony of Juneyao Air’s Shanghai-Melbourne route. Also present at the event were Changzheng Bian, Commercial Counsellor, Hongliang Zhao, Vice Chairman of Juneyao Group, and Parashos, Chief of Aviation at Melbourne Airport.

Consul General Fang warmly congratulated Juneyao Air on its inaugural flight and emphasized that the increase in direct flights between China and Australia not only facilitates commercial cooperation between the two countries but also creates new opportunities for deepening people-to-people exchanges and strengthening friendship. With the  implementation of China's visa-free policy, more and more    Australian tourists have chosen China as their travel destination, which has significantly enhanced bilateral interactions and cooperation in the fields of culture, economy, and trade. Consul General Fang expressed hope that more Australian friends could take Chinese flights and experience the unique charm of Chinese modernization firsthand.
